Please note the following information refers to orders placed online only.
How much will it cost to have my order delivered?
MKM is proud to offer free local delivery with no minimum spend in the vast majority of circumstances.
Our 'Free Local Delivery' policy is entirley at the discretion of our branches and they reserve the right to withdraw it at any time. Whilst this is extremely rare, should this be the case for your order your branch will contact you in advance and advise of any charges that may be incurred and the reasons why.
What do you mean by 'local' delivery?
When shopping online at mkm.com, we will ask you to select your local branch using our branch finder in order to display prices and stock that are relevant to you.
Each MKM branch will deliver withn a specific radius of their location, typically within 20 miles, but this will vary on a per branch basis.
If you would like your order delivered; at the point of checkout you will be asked to enter a delivery post code and the website will check to see if your selected branch can deliver there.
What if my selected branch cannot deliver to my delivery location?
If you enter a delivery postcode which falls outside of your selected branch's local delivery radius, then you will see a pop-up message giving you the option to change to a different branch or call your chosen branch directly to discuss your options. Where possible, we aim to accommodate all requests.
Who will deliver my order?
Most MKM deliveries are fulfilled by your chosen branch and their own fleet, which could include trucks with HIAB cranes, flatbeds or, smaller transit-style vans. Should you have any specific access requirements or instructions, please discuss these with your branch after placing your order. In some cases, your delivery may be fulfilled by one of our trusted suppliers directly. This will be clearly indicated against the product listing on our website.
How will I know when my order will be delivered?
Once you have placed your order, your chosen branch will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, it can be done at this stage too.
Collection
At MKM we also offer free collection from all of our branches and this can be selected at check out. Once your order has been placed, your selected branch will contact you to confirm when your items are ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect your order until confirmation has been made.
