Description
In central heating systems, Fernox Protector F1 265ml prevents internal corrosion and limescale formation. This product is compatible with all types of boilers, radiators, and pipework systems, including aluminum, commonly used in central heating systems.
This 265ml Fernox Protector F1 product offers reduced packaging and waste without compromising quality, performance, or ease of use. It can treat an average 100 liter system or 12 radiators and may be dosed via a TF1 filter.
To comply with BS 7593:2019 and best practice, Protector F1 levels should be checked annually as part of the maintenance service. The concentration of the product to ensure full protection can be easily measured on-site using a Fernox Express Inhibitor Test or by using the Fernox Water Quality Test postal service, with samples submitted via a mobile App.
According to BS 7593:2019, systems should either be re-dosed with inhibitor or have the water quality/cleanliness tested by a laboratory, such as Fernox.
You can save up to 15% on gas by protecting a central heating system with Fernox Protector F1, then cleaning the system with Fernox Cleaner F3.
