20x120cm Letavole Wood tile

A glazed porcelain tile with a smooth matt finish and frost-proof glaze. With modern manufacturing and digital printing, plank tiles like this can replicate real wooden flooring without the usual demands of maintenance and upkeep. Digitally printed tiles like this do not require sealing and cannot warp or rot like real wood.

Reflecting the warmth of wood profile to the residences, Letavole bears a glazed matte granite surface of 20x120cm. Letavole can be used both in residential and commercial properties such as restaurants, hotels, offices, cafes, and adds a warm as well as friendly atmosphere to all the environments it finds a place in.

If tiling the Letavole in brickbond do not use an overlap of greater than 25% as these plank tiles are not rectified. Plank tiles such as this can create an illusion of space in smaller rooms because of fewer grout lines.

Frost-proof tiles are an important consideration for rooms where the temperature may drop below zero such as utility rooms and conservatories. Tiles with a frost-proof glaze have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% meaning they are ideal for such conditions. Tiles which are not frost-proof may absorb water which would freeze at zero and below, causing the tile to crack.
