We are currently unable to offer showroom appointments to the public until Thursday 3rd December.

If you want to talk, please contact your local branch where our kitchen experts can help you over the phone, offer a virtual appointment or book you in to see us from Thursday 3rd December.

All orders and deliveries continue as normal.

We remain open to all our trade customers.

Scottish branches and showrooms are open as normal.

Monday 2nd November - All of our branches remain open

Following the Government’s announcement of a second National lockdown (in England) starting on Thursday 5th November, please see below an update on our plans here at MKM.

The guidance this time has been significantly clearer for the Construction Industry, quite simply, we are being asked to continue. Therefore we would like to reassure you that, as things stand, there is no risk of closure at any of our branches. Our suppliers have also committed to continue manufacturing product, so outside of those goods which have been an issue for a while, there is no obvious reason for supply shortages.

We continue to operate within the guidelines, to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and suppliers. As ever, our branch teams are ready and waiting to provide you with whatever information or materials you need for your business, simply give them a ring or drop into branch. We were here for you back in late March, April and May and we will be here for you again, giving you the very best possible service in these strange times.

The UK government has been clear that keeping construction and the supply chain that supports it open is vital. It should continue to operate subject to public health guidelines.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our teams, customers and communities has been our priority since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, so we have introduced some new ways of working to help reduce the risks.

  • We’re limiting the number of people on site at any given time

  • We’ve introduced one-way systems in our shops, and we’re asking everyone to keep 2m apart at all times

  • Hand sanitising stations have been introduced in all our branches

  • Screens have been placed on the sales counters

  • We’re regularly cleaning down all hard surfaces, door handles, work equipment and vehicles

  • Where possible, our deliveries will be made to the kerbside

  • Customers are encouraged to wear a face covering in our shop and showrooms

  • We would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation in these difficult times
